What does COVID-19 mean for us, and you our customer?

During these extreme circumstances we are happy to be able to continue our service! However there will likely be some changes in usual time-frames.

Postage Kit

We are able to pick and pack your postage kits in a safe and responsible manner. We anticipate an additional delay of 24 - 48 hours when sending you the postage kit. From placing an order to receiving the postage kit it could be 5 - 7 working days.

90 Days to Return Your T-Shirts

Typically all orders must be returned within 90 days. If you need to extend this please contact us via the contact page of our website.

Processing Orders and Making Your Blanket

Typical turn around times of 21 days will be heavily extended. This may change as the circumstance do. Please allow us 2 - 3 months for turn around on orders. However we hope to be able to process the majority or orders sooner than this.

Safe Handling of Your T-Shirts

With only one member of staff working at any time, our production will work in a safe, hygienic and responsible manner. We ask that you respect this by only sending clean washed clothes. We reserve the right to refuse an order if this is not met.
