For major defects, we will offer a 100% refund and the chance to make alterations if you're not satisfied.

We reserve the right to cancel your order without refund it any of our terms of service are not met.

Following our postage kit and instructions explicitly is the best way to customise your blanket, and receive the product you expect. We are always happy to answer questions on any of this!

Physical or electronic gift cards are non refundable, and will expire after 12 months.
