Shipping policy
POSTAGE KIT
We will send your postage kit via Royal Mail 2nd class. Fulfilment, dispatch and postage of this may take 3-5 working days. If you have not received your postage kit after this time it is your responsibility to contact us via email. We can then re-issue it free of charge.
SENDING THE T-SHIRTS TO US
All customers must use our postage kit to send their t-shirts. T-shirts must be clean, dry, neatly folded, labelled, numbered, contain the respective invoice sheet with order details, and must be neatly cut in half down the sides where appropriate. We (Specialised Canvas Services Ltd.) can not guarantee fulfilment of the order or refund if these conditions are not met. Nor are we liable for any loss, damage, or delay in service if these conditions are not met.
It is your responsibility to send your t-shirts to us, to cover all postage costs, and to use a secure and tracked postage service. We accept no responsibility for t-shirts and personal items lost, damaged, delayed in transit to us, or our manufacturing partners.
It is your responsibility to track the parcel of t-shirts to us, and in the case or loss, damage or delay, it is solely your responsibility to coordinate with the postage service provider you've chosen.
SENDING THE FINISHED BLANKET BACK TO YOU
We will provide the outbound postage, sending the blanket(s) back. This base service is provided within the costs of the products listed online. At certain times of the year, we may offer priority services, priority returns, or other postage services which may incur additional shipping costs added before purchase.
Once we have dispatched your order and notified you, it will be your responsibility to track the order back and receive the delivery. Any failed delivery attempt by our postage partners or redeliveries must be arranged solely by you and the postage partner and at your cost.
Any parcels returned to us or our manufacturing partner for any reason will be subject to a second postage charge.
In the case of loss or damage from postage we will give a 100% refund of your order, and give any compensation amount as deemed by the postage partner. However, we will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay to your parcel, t-shirts, personal belongings and the finished product.
By using our website, placing an order, and sending your t-shirts and other personal items you are agreeing to the above.

We will obviously help you wherever possible, and as much as possible within reason. We will always endeavour to mitigate the risks of postage, however NO postage service is 100% secure. This is the nature of sending items through the post, and you accept this risk.
